By accessing or using FieldOps Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
FieldOps Pro is a cloud-based field operations management platform that provides tools for asset tracking, workflow management, technician dispatching, evidence capture, real-time analytics, and automated reporting. The Service is made available via web browser and native mobile applications.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by FieldOps Pro and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or brand identifiers without express written permission.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process your data solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data only as described therein and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We aim to provide 99.9% monthly uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers, force majeure events, or misuse of the platform.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIELDOPS PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from within the platform settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice within the platform at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
